Greetings to our fellow correctional officers. We value the work you all are doing to keep your facilities secure. With the shrinking size but growing power of digital technology comes new opportunities for offenders to threaten that security. It has come to the attention of our Warden Burl Cain at Louisiana State Penitentiary, the 5,000 inmate maximum security facility here in Angola, LA that a cybercrime division is needed within prisons to combat that threat.
